< let’s pretend that science has proven that karma is a thing. Your words and actions will influence what happens to you in the future. >
Why pretending? Science actually has proven that today’s action have an influence of tomorrow. What we experience and what we think will leave traces in our brain and change it. So, dependent on what you’ll do today, your brain will be different tomorrow.
People have post-traumatic stress disorders because they experienced a horrible life time before. But they can try to handle it. They will form their brain of tomorrow.
Addicts’ brain is seeking for more drugs, because you’d allowed to develop this seeking for more by exposing it to this pleasure (that is what drugs do, they stimulate the award center. And we all love awards.)
People trying to be happy think more optimist. You do a favor yourself by smiling and thinking more positive. Treating other people and animal with love, you will see that you’ll experience gratefulness and many favors in return. If you walk along the street smiling, people will smile back to you. Give them your smile.
Let’s be happy, let’s smile and life will be easier!
